My son was offered admission to Texas A&M college station and virginia tech for the fall semester. now we are torn between the two good universities. He is interested in aerospace engineering. I would really appreciate suggestions and views on the same.
It depends on which one is in-state. There’s no benefit to spending 3 times the tuition for going out of state. That money could be saved for a masters degree, which would be needed anyway. AE is a difficult field to get your foot in the door. A lot of students minor in computer science just in case they can’t find a job right away.
We are out of state for both the colleges.
In fact I am an international student from India.
