Texas A&M Versus University of FLorida (chemical engineering)

I'm so torn. This is for masters in chemical engineering, by the way
Texas A&M has an excellent reputation overall for engineering (ranked 12) in the nation. But ranked much lower for chemical engineering(usually in the low 20's or 30's)

University of Florida is ranked 20 in chemical engineering.

Which school is more 'prestigious' in terms of how highly regarded they are by recruiters/ phd admissions?

Texas A&M has an awesome alumni network. If you’re looking for a job in industry after your PHD, I would go there. If looking for a job in academia, see which professors are doing research you’re interested in. If you want to work in the oil industry, Texas A&M, hands down.

hey sorry…i meant im going to Texas A&M for my masters. But say after im done with my masters i apply to a top 5 school for my PhD. Which school would be more respected/impressive to the admissions committee?
