<p>Poli Sci 1 requires 4 textbooks (well, 2 are smaller, according to price). Is there a way to find out if any are optional, or are they all required if listed by the Cal Store?</p>
<p>As far as I know, if it's listed by the student store and doesn't have the phrase "(optional)" next to it, then it's required. You could always email the professor or wait until the first day of class to get the official syllabus...</p>
