I’m taking the hippocampus course as well. I just purchased this. I got it for $10 used but it has never been opened (it is a $150 textbook). It looks like a great textbook. I haven’t used it yet, so I can’t offer too much help.

[Amazon.com: Physics (9780470223550): John D. Cutnell, Kenneth W. Johnson: Books](http://www.amazon.com/Physics-John-D-Cutnell/dp/0470223553/ref=dp_ob_title_bk)

halladay and resnick use calc… if you don’t know it stay away from it

Im taking calc this year and am having no trouble. I don’t think Physics B uses calculus, but would the halladay and resnick prepare me as well as the Cutnell and Johnson one? The latter is really expensive, 60 for a used one on amazon. I think my school uses the halladay and resnick one for physics c too.
