<p>When I first started lurking on the Tulane board this summer, I was just doing it in order to check out a school on the Tuition Exchange list. I never expected to like Tulane so much, or to fall in love with it. I applied early action, and I got in. And I was happy. However, I recently (aka today) got into my early decision school. That I also love. That is more "selective" and theoretically (though obviously not in real life) "better" than Tulane. I wish more than anything that I could somehow combine these schools into one and make a big huge Tulaneis baby. But I can't. </p>

<p>So that was depressing...anyways, I just want to say thank you to Fallenchemist, tulanegreg, tulanechild, and so many others who unknowingly made me realize what an amazing school Tulane is and made me excited for a school my mom considered a "safety" (I COMPLETELY DISAGREED WITH HER, I THOUGHT IT WAS A MATCH AT BEST, but that's not the point.) All the posters on this board have blessed us all with invaluable information about Tulane and I really really appreciate your devotion to the school. </p>

<p>And hey, there's always law school :)</p>

<p>shulie - You are very welcome. Hey, we cannot win them all, although personally I hate for Tulane to lose you. You would have been such a great asset, I have zero doubt. I am sure I speak for us all in wishing you the very best of luck at Brandeis. Of course I would not be so petty as to point out how you will be thinking of Tulane when it is 10 degrees in Mass and 65 in NOLA, lol. Only someone mean would do that. Seriously, Brandeis is great of course and they are lucky to have you. Be good, study hard and have fun.</p>

<p>You’ll have to let me know how it is. One of my contenders to Tulane (I was accepted into several schools I adored equally) was Brandeis, as I was originally tossing around a Theology major.</p>
