<p>I know this sounds whiny but my teacher for my online astronomy class isn't giving us a break for Thanksgiving, we have the same amount of work (if not more) as any other week, what gives? I have so much to do already over the break that this is just beyond frustrating!</p>

<p>I’m usually not one to whine about college work, but for this I make an exception. My professors usually assign the essays on the last day of class and make them due on the second class after the break. That way we can’t actually accuse them of assigning work during thanksgiving. Shameless.</p>
<p>I’m glad to report that my professors were all decent enough to assign papers a week or two ago: i.e., they’re all due the day(s) before break, and so the break is left open for enjoyment!</p>
