The ACT vs SAT dilemma

I'm a class of 2017 high school student. As you might know, the "New" SAT comes out in spring of 2016, or spring of my junior year. Anyways, would you recommend me taking the ACT over the SAT? I'm aiming for high scores, and it seems to me like it would be easier to study the ACT rather than going through a new studying process of the 2016 SAT.

Does anyone see any reason why I would take the new SAT over the ACT? Thanks!

No, if you are doing well on the ACT, there’s no reason to take the new SAT.

Well haven’t started studying for it, yet alone take it lol

You have two years, but if you want to find out how well are you doing, you can take a practice ACT test from the real act prep guide.
