<p>I've said this before in another thread, but the staff at CU has been so great with both of my daughters. They definitely love Clemson, and take their jobs very seriously in helping our kids make the best college choices. They don't hear thank yous too often, which is a shame. They actually keep a pretty low profile around this time because of the volume of angry and threatening calls (yes, I said threatening). I urge all of you (who are happy, at least) to let them know that you appreciate them. Heaven knows it can't be easy for them to have to turn people down. I hope I'm not alone in this, but I definitely appreciate them.</p>
<p>I've been pleased with my one encounter with them. We requested a change of major the day my daughter received her acceptance. Within a week we received a postcard stating that they were able to make the change. It was very nice to know that sooner, rather than later.</p>
<p>I agree that all of contact with them has been very pleasant and quite professional. The handwritten postcard they mailed after our visit was also a nice touch.</p>
