<p>A: 1750 - 1914; The Mexican War for Independence was in the early 1800s, if I remember correctly, as was Simon Bolivar, etc.</p>

<p>I just ordered the AP Princeton Review Book and it's absolutely HUGE!!! How do I even begin studing somthing like that?!?!?!</p>

<p>BTW: the haitian revolution question, i think it was actually touissant l'ouverture who led the rebels, though he died in prison in i think france and his successors were the ones who saw haiti's independence.</p>

<p>we use world civilizations the global experience ap edition by peter stearns. and we are finishing the book this week.</p>

<p>we used "traditions and encounters: a global perspective on teh past". and we finished like 5-6 weeks ago. were on highway review and its going rough :<</p>

<p>We finished reading ours three and a half weeks ago and have been reviewing since then.</p>

<p>A:They were Indus River Valley civilization cities. These cities had been rebuilt many times due to the Indus Valley overflowing. The Indus civilization had a writing system that had not been deciphered. What else?</p>

<p>Is Melaka also spelled Malacca? if it is, then I think Malacca was a center of trade for China, Japan, and SE Asian and Portugal violently took over it, making it one of their bases i think?</p>

<p>i took it two years ago and i got a 5, it was the first and the easiest ap i've taken. barron's is the best way to go for this one. shorter than the others although hopelessly boring. read through notes if u have any. but def read through the entire review book and do the practice exams. more than 70% rite with good essays is a 5.</p>

<p>yeah we are finishing the book but we havent done any writing at all yet. so we will be rushing to finish the class anyway. what does your class have planned after the ap test? my teacher is making us keep working....we have to do projects and term papers.</p>
