The ARC?

I’ve been trying to find some information about the ARC on the UCI website, but I can’t seem to find anything. I was wondering if anyone could answer the following:

  1. Does tuition cover the fees to attending the ARC or do I have to purchase a separate membership?
  2. What can someone actually do at the ARC?
