The Arts Supplement

I just wanted to know who exactly looks at the CommonApp arts supplement, especially at liberal arts schools. Also, will a bad supplement hurt my chances? I ask as I'm thinking of making a recording of myself playing my instrument.

Thanks

As far as I know, the supplements will be sent to the Faculty of Arts to be evaluated.

Anyone else know?

Bump Bump Bump

I sent Art supplement to UMich and Fordham after submitting common app. It is not a part of common app. And i am not an intended visual art major. So the admission office will view them.
And for some schools, you can upload your art material through supplement in common app, such as Brown. And they may charge for extra materials. Art department will view the material.
Other school do not accept these supplement such as UCs. But I have to admit that I don’t know much about LAC. This is different according to schools. But I heard that a bad supplement hurt application indeed.

Um that is only what I know.

Thanks zhuziyan for the comment, but does anyone know in particular about how it works at a Liberal Arts College?
