<p>^ I think Penn maintains “domestic student” and “need-blind FA” status for Canadian students as well - so I think you will do better than anyone holding a Chinese citizenship.</p>
<p>In general, if you come from an overrepresented region (East Asia, South East Asia, India) - no benefits at all.</p>

Otherwise, I’m from China, but I don’t know how many people are applying to Wharton ED. But apparently they admitted 20 Chinese or people from China in 2009, a “vast” improvement.</p>
<p>^ I doubt you will be placed in the “international” pool in the first place - so no worries about that.</p>
