I was planning of taking a picture of something, but I was wondering if I could include a short caption to explain the picture.

Is writing an explanation allowed or should I just stick with the picture?

Pretty sure I did write something on it, if it doesn’t say you can’t (I can’t remember) then just do whatever you want.
