The College Dorms Houses at Penn

<p>So, i know there are various opinions about the houses at Penn such as people preferring one house over the other. (Quadrangle, Hill, Stouffer, etc.) What I would like to know is which house is the best and offers the most, such as utilities, environment, access to a cafeteria, or anything else. People who are living and attending Penn to this date are greatly encouraged to share their experiences. Even though it's a long time before we choose college housing, i wanna know more about each one.</p>
