I know some people who cram...while others just relax. What did you find more helpful?

you can’t really cram for tests like the SAT or ACT lol

But cramming the night before did prepare me for my AP exams lol

I would recommend maybe doing a practice test within a week before the exam, but the night before the exam don’t do anything too stressful. Relax, watch some TV, hang out with friends, etc. and go into the test with a fresh and clear mind. Get a good night sleep and don’t do anything different from your normal routine.

I just went to bed at a decent time. Practice tests would be good but not the day before, take a break.

I try to avoid thinking about the test entirely the day before. My usual formula for these standardized tests involves a lot of meditation and introspection, then in the afternoon there’s usually a 3-5 mile run followed up by a 2 hour gym session (Friday is arm day).

I sharpen my pencils, check the batteries in my calculator, find my ticket, etc. Otherwise, I don’t prepare at all. It’s best to get plenty of sleep, and not stress about it at all.

Completely forgot that I was taking the ACT the next day until night than got ready and went to sleep.
