i got the one about memories

I got one about whether memories help or hinder people on the road to success... I couldn't think of any good examples.

I got intro, personal example (long, detailed), historical example (medium length), conclusion. About 1.75 pages... It felt like an 8 or 10, mostly because my examples weren't very good even though they were well developed.

then what's the other one?
the practical what?
and oh yeah
do collegeboard reuse old essay prompt?
i kind of hope they do

Yeah.
I wrote four paragraphs...I really long second paragraph...and filled up both pages with time left :D. I wrote about loose/strict interpretation of the Constitution and how our founding fathers were capable of looking at their past and using that as a way to form the future...then I talked about burning my fingers on a stove or something cheesy like that.

It asked if we thought that people put too much emphasis on practical skills. I couldn't think of one good example from history or a book, and I didn't want to use a personal experience, so my examples sort of came out as BS.

I got the media question.

I couldn't believe my luck, as the topic was incredibly easy for me. I prefer to write about historical examples rather than personal experience, and how easy is a media question? Yellow journalism and propaganda in Nazi Germany and Cold War-era America. Five paragraphs with time left over.
