Hi,
so I’m accepted to IU,
and due to senioritis, I am screwing first semester.
I think I’m gonna get at a D in AP Calc for first semester,
and IU receives only final report.
I don’t think they will rescind me for a D since my GPA for this semester isn’t really different from the GPA I reported when I got accepted,
but I do know that D can be a problem.
So if I get like B for AP Calc next semester,
since I’m turning in final report,
will the first semester grade, which is D, be Okay?
I mean, the average of D and B is C, so I think first semester grade should be Okay,
but I’m not sure, so I’m asking.
Also, my school’s final transcript shows both 1st and 2nd semester grades.
Thanks!
What does your acceptance letter say about grades?
You’re in a tough spot and for that, I sympathize. But the answer is still the same as when you made your now-locked “will I get rescinded” post.
We are internet strangers to yours and IU’s specifics on rescission. My earlier advice remains unchanged: **You may well be rescinded. We’re not 100% sure so you should call IU.
