The future of college admission: Test-neutral, test-aware and test-preferred

Interesting discussion on the different forms of test optional policies at US colleges. One speaker believes that (most) Top 20 schools are test-preferred (“schools that clearly preferenced students who had high testing…and students who sent no testing at all were at a significant disadvantage”).
