<p>do we know for sure about open hours? Agree with the batman that it shouldn’t be enforced, but fairness and telebears don’t belong in the same sentence. hrhcow, what is the error you are getting?</p>

<p>just keep clicking on the summer 2010 tab, it should refresh automatically and if you’re lucky you can register. my roommate and I both did it and it worked.</p>
