Just really wondering can anyone list/rank the order of difficulty to get into each school in Boston University ?
School of Health science:Sargent College (SAR)
College of Arts and Sciences (CAS)
College of Communication (COM)
College of Engineering (ENG)
College of Fine Arts (CFS)
College of General Studies (CGS)
Questrom School of Business (old name School of Management (SMG))
School of Education (SED)
Science and Engineering Program (SEP)
School of Hospitality Administration (SHA)
You have several threads asking for the easiest program to be admitted to at BU and BC. If there is a significant difference in acceptance rates among programs you will not be able to transfer programs until finishing freshman year and it will be competitive. You may end up stuck in a major you do not want. That is not the way to select a program. And these colleges will not let you game the system if that is your intention.
As for BU the easiest school to be admitted to is CGS. It is primarily for applicants who did not qualify for other schools at BU. And you will have to complete the full 2 year CGS program beg=fore transferring.
I attend BU as a freshman right now. I can say that the hardest schools to get into (in no order) are:
SAR
Questrom
COM
ENG
All other schools are quite easy to get into compared to these 4.
