"The hottest investor in America": Carl Icahn '57

<p>CNNmoney.com profile today on mr. icahn, who could very well be on campus this weekend for his 50th reunion:</p>

<p>Oh, I thought Ivana Trump was the hottest investor in America, lol. Did anyone else see the GQ article on her a couple issues back?</p>

<p>Haha...well it is true that Mr. Icahn has been successful, at least in a monetary sense. He is also notorious for being cheap, screwing over his business partners, as well as using a very controversial technique to make his money. He's the type of person that thinks that a dollar bill is your best friend (in fact, he has been quoted of saying something to that effect.)</p>

<p>The article about him is very generous and glosses over some of his 70s business dealings, some of which are questionable from a legal standpoint. I think he has done a lot to make businesses more efficient, but make no mistake, he is not exactly an affable character or someone you want to aspire to.</p>
