The Indian Thread (TiT) # 17

This debate will have no end:p

(I’ve even crossed 100 posts without any celebration!)

But I do see my friends, those who are SERIOUS about IITs…they cut school a lot, study all the time, never go out, don’t participate in any activities beyond tuition and studying (forget ECs like community service, they don’t even have time to read a book or go play badminton outside).

Lol. Of course that’s just my opinion and I’m sure when they’re making big bucks as engineers it won’t matter…but I just feel like they’re missing out on the irresponsible fun you can have in school. And for admission that’s not even guaranteed.

Haha congratulations on the century.

congrats smartchap
@QPr–>u location keeps on changing…cool

In my school, contrary to what people think,back-benchers are usually the ones studying studying all sorts of study packages which have complex formulae and mechanisms when the English teacher is blowing her mind off…never under estimate those guys…lol

I can’t decide where I want to be.

Haha. I used to sit at the back and read stories during maths classes. Those were the days…now some my classes are actually interesting and I don’t feel like tuning off. Dang.

I hate Sundays. There’s never anything to do.

Haha. I used to sit at the back and read stories during maths classes
I used to do that

In my english and physics classes i was always out of the class on the pretext of some work.

In my chemistry class i was “working for the school editorial board”
Always

My engineering drawing teacher never really care as long as i showed him awesome work.

I spent my class 11 and class 12 more in the commerce sections and the field than in my own class O.o
Not my fault actually…all my good friends took commerce :o

But anyways the teachers still loved me :D

hate Sundays. There’s never anything to do.
Formula One and sleeping :)

I love the school editorial board excuse, but it stopped working on some of my teachers towards the end of the year. Lol. There’s a lot of good food in the commerce section.

Formula One and sleeping
Hah, my parents have taken over the TV to watch Dum.
And I’m wayyyyyyyyyy too lazy to move crap off my bed.

You have an engineering drawing class at school??

Is EVERYONE on TiT from science or commerce?

If you listen to my Sundays…you’ll pity me

9 AM to 5 PM…IIT classes
8 PM to 10 PM…more study…

But,I’m not fed up or anything…quite happy:)

Theres the good ole EPL to fall back on Sundays if need be

Haha smartchap, you have definitely found your calling.

Yeah, maybe…but,I still have an open mind on where I wanna study

How do I get the big green smiley?..lol

You have an engineering drawing class at school??
Yeaup…its awesome fun
I’m good at it…plus its soo easy :)

There’s a lot of good food in the commerce section.
Is that universal?? it happens here too…

I can imagine tuition classes…
I hate em…
perhaps they’re the MAIN reason class 10 was my best year :)

I’m a sciencey :)

Ek crore ka sawaal
