Ah, you JEE-ers! XD

I think that we should apply ED to our first choice. That way you have a better shot at getting into your dream college.
My dream college keeps changing. Right now its Amherst, but a few weeks back it was Pomona. Librans are generally pretty bad at decision making ;)

Princeton, my first choice hands down! But my EA(Yale) is like no. 5-6 on the list But its my best possible EA! I heard you need to list your EA cllege acceptance when you apply in RD. Thats bad! I don’t have a grand chance at Yale, but suppose a miracle occurs, why spoil my chances for the other colleges. At least I’m not EDing like you guys!

^ You list nothing of the sort!

pls guys help me,
can sumone tell me bout hkust.
Is anyone on this thread goin there.
How will i come to know about scholarship

This guy asked me out yesterday. I said no, and then he called me a slut and a whole host of other things. It’s pathetic to admit it, but I almost started crying. I still feel crappy. I don’t understand people sometimes.

I wish I lived in a time when guys bothered to be polite. If such a time existed. I mean, even Mr Darcy was kind of a prick in the beginning.

niksy, sorry, I don’t know, but I’m sure someone will let you know. :)

^That’s awful but don’t worry not everyone are like that. So, cheer up.

@niksy_nik7:I think the best thing to do would be to contact the university and ask them directly about this.

@Quasi: Was is that guy you were talking to me about? Or some other random ASS? And how are you a slut if you don’t go out with someone? Out here, the people who two-/three-time are the ones who’re considered slutty!

@niksy: No idea about Hong Kong, sorry!

anyone from india going to hkust,
pls reply

No one on this thread is going to HKUST, as far as I know. You’d probably get a ton of information from the university’s admissions people, though.

Nah, it wasn’t him. It was another guy who was SUPPOSED to be my friend. And I don’t know. I’ve never two-timed anyone. I don’t even dress like that. All I mostly wear is like football shorts and t-shirts and stuff. Whatever. He just got really ****ed off and it was kind of scary. Can you send out like weird signals or something without even knowing it?

I think my best guy friend and I are the only opposite-sex pair that hasn’t considered dating :S

That happens a lot in the indian-american society, or so it seems to be. I think everyone just goes along with it instead of really thinking about cultural morals and etc.

Woot! She doesn’t love me, but at least we’re still best friends :D

Sort of a converse of my situation :D

Some people are *******s. Identify them, stay away from them, move on.

They are those coz they are so difficult to spot :P

*******s are NOT too hard to spot!

Apparently for me it is hard to spot!

Youaremylifenow, no idea what you’re talking about. Also, please tell me that’s NOT a Twilight quote. :D
