if you guys have been to the east coast mun conferences, can u tell me how that is? my alma mater mun program wanted to do upenn this year but tight budget forced them to travel in-state again. thanks

well, i live on the east coast, so transportation is much cheaper.

Often times, it depends on how much money your school or student body association has. For our school, we get free hotel stays and flights funded by the student store. If your club is motivated to go to UPenn, then you guys could start a fundraiser.

KFC, has your MUN club gone to Berkeley by any chance?

ps. Merry x-mas eve! I got my first 2 gifts today, gift certicates to Powell's bookstore and Starbucks. Pure bliss.

Hey guys, I've just got a quick question. I'm writing a position paper and this is a special committee so I'm the minister of the israeli interior. Do I write in the first person? I've only represented countries before.

a large portion of our funds comes from our own conference, so if your school hosts any conferences, you could definitely use the profits.

BUMP

Update guys!

Anyone else going? What commitee/country are you? How are position papers going?

i emailed the U.S. embassy of panama, but they still haven't gotten back to me. =/. gr.
