The Offical score thread

Ok here goes

CR - 630 (was hoping for 620)
Math - 780 (made 2 stupid mistakes)
Writing - 690 (was hoping for 700)
got a 9 on the essay

So in total a 2100. Was hoping for that :D. i am so happy today!

wow not a bad curve for math, indeed.

I thought it was horrible... i thought i missed 1... but i missed 2 and i thought the curve would be 1 off = 800

Critical Reading- 650 (Shocked this wasn't the highest really thought I did better than this)
Math- 670
Writing- 680 (11 on the essay- pretty pumped by that)

Overall-2000
Not happy about the amount of pressure that will come October 14th, but I guess a bunch of self studying this summer can raise all my scores above 700 (Specifically CR).

Critical Reading - 710
Math - 710 (? Probably want to re-do that)
Writing - 750

Overall - 2170.

Top schools right now are MIT and CMU...these seem to be at a lower-tier for MIT, but I did score a 33 on my ACTs, which seems to be a good score. I'm taking SAT II's this Saturday, but maybe i'll see if i can pull up any of these in the fall. When I'm not taking it in the midst of AP tests! :-P

what were some of you raw scores for multiple choice writing?

I got a 64 mc writing

CR: 690
M:710
WR:720
Total: 2120 (yay!)

Math- 740 (UP FROM A 630!)
Critical Reading- 680 (down from 690)
Writing- 770 (up from 720)
NO MORE COLLEGE STANDARDIZED TESTING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I am so happy! I got a 2100. Now my October goal : get a 2200.

Raise Math by 20 points for 800
Raise CR by 40 for 670
Raise Writing MC for 730

Also raise essay by 1 point just in case..

CR - 750 - Sooooooo happy with this
Math - 760 - Awww....Wasn't careful enough. But it's alright.
Writing - 720 - Man. I wanted to do better here, but I guess I can live with it.

Essay: 10

Total: 2230 - Not sure if I'll be retaking. It's a tough one - I'll have to think about it.

charchazwick- congrats on that math score. How did you improve it from a 630 to a 740? what prep-books did you use? how many hours did you spend? etc?

The thing is, I never should have gotten a 630. I had a 72 on my math PSAT, and on the April test I sorta had a panic attack in the middle of a section and didnt finish. It went downhill from there. So I signed up again fro May, didn't study AT ALL, and went into the test really relaxed. It worked.

haha that explains it.

-_- I got
Math: 790
CR: 770
Writing 800 - (79, 12)

My friend got
Math: 800
CR: 800
Writing: 800 - (80,9)

My other friend got
Math: 800
CR: 730
WRiting: 770 - (79, 9)

people can start analyzing the....curve -_-

CR: 700 (down 50 points)
Math: 760 (UP 70 points!)
Writing: 730 (up 30 points)
TOTAL: 2190
BEST TOTAL: 2240! (750CR from April + 760 Math + 730 writing= done with SAT!)

How do you guys know your raw scores and essays? My score report says that I can't see my "official" score report until June 3.

"My score report says that I can't see my "official" score report until June 3."
Mine says the same thing. I read that right when I logged into CB and was ****ed b/c I thought it meant I wounldn't see any scores until june 3. I figured I'd look any way and sure enough it my May scores there.

EDIT:
Here is what is actually says on the top of the My organizer page that made me mad. I am glad collegeboard can't even tell me wether or not scores are available.
"Hi, Alex.

Please check back after Saturday, June 3 for May SAT scores

Although most scores for the May SAT are online now, a small number are not yet available. Learn why your scores may not be available and check back after Saturday, June 3."

If you click on the first page "May SAT scores online" you'll get your writing scores.
