The Official Dec 2008 SAT complaints thread

What did you guys like/hate (most likely hate) about the test?

The math sections.

people who can't sit still DAAAAAAAA rabid bunnies attack! lol

i hted the 2 35 question writing sections..very tiring

Did anyone feel time was an issue?

MATH ARGHHH...

Hopefully it was hard for everyone and Im not just stupid.

math(international) though

the 35 question Writing section...nuff said.

I thought the math was easy. i hate the subjective reading questions though.

Math arghrgh nearly ran out of time twice

math.

^ i had trouble with time.

the question which went something like this: (n+1)^2 + (r-2)^2 = 0, what is n? NOT POSSIBLE. I put -1 or whatever made n= 0 but that does not necessarily satisfy the equation. We have two variables and can not eliminate either of them. Collegeboard messed up.

The test proctor didn't give us enough time to fill out our names, addresses, test book, and all that crap! She started the timer before I even finished putting all my information on the answer sheet!

Its -1 because the rest would make the equation unsolvable

ohh i put that but I didnt realize that. sweet thank you.

I hated the reading section. I think the math section and writing section was easy which surprised me because I usually find the reading easiest and the math and writing hard. I almost dread seeing the critical reading score when it comes out.

my proctor was retarded and cut us off nearly a minute early each section! >:(

This really hurt me on math, thankfully I haven't missed any yet. But it panicked me to no end

yea same as lolcats except it ****ed me over....also my other complaint is that there are too many damn tests so i cant figure out which math was experimental...therefore i cant figure out whether to cancel or not!

I personally math was outrageously simple. Almost to the point where I thought I was doing something wrong. I also seemed to get every math section done 5-10 minutes early. I am surprised to see so many people complain about its difficulty

However there was a smudge on one of my math problems which made the graph look as if it had an extra point.

My experimental was a writing section...... exhausting

Writing is so easy =) On the October test (my first one) I got 800 and I got 80 writing on the PSAT. I hope I got another 800.

Last time my math and reading were each only 680, so I'd say those are hard, but today I think I DEFINITELY improved and they seemed fairly easy. But I could be totally wrong and have failed...
