Post your decision results here

Sorry, but by decision do you mean "Accepted, Rejected, Waitlisted" or do you mean, "Yes, no, maybe" in terms of attendance?

Accepted
likely to attend: maybe-no , closer to no at the moment

Good question. Both. Accepted/rejected/waitlisted, and are you coming

Accepted.
likelihood of attendance: pretty high, although still waiting on one school in particular

Accepted w/ MLK (full) Scholarship.
Almost definitely not attending: I got into Williams, Dartmouth, Wesleyan, and I'm waiting on HYCBAV (just guess, I'm lazy).

Accepted...

Should we post stats too? I'm sure that's what future cc generations will be looking for ;) or should that be a different thread?

Don't know that I'll be attending. right now it's my first choice (out of two) but i'm waiting on seven more schools and it'd probably be towards the bottom of that list, so I'll know in a week or two.

Still, seeing that big blue envelope peeking at me from under the mail felt soooooooooo good! First time I've gotten a "thick envelope" :)

Accepted... Not sure if I'll attend, probably not, but it all depends on where else I get in, and how much money they give me..

Ah come on why is no one coming?? Actually I'M not 100% sure I'm going because I'm waiting on Emory (probably hear from them tomorrow)
But I agree with signifyingnothing-getting that envelope is awesome!

accepted ED blue ribbon, attending? hmmm... yeah.. I guess so... ED and all

Please post stats -- I'm going to be a junior next year and this info could be ~very~ useful to me :)

I really appreciate all your info in advance ^^

Accepted. :)

Most likely attending...will know by next week!

Accepted! No merit money, though...

Accepted Blue Ribbon. May attend.

Just for you, fndrplayer:

Waitlisted

1450/780/770/700
23/260
Ice Hockey, 10 years Piano, Student Government, Class Treasurer, NHS Treasurer, Math Team, fair amounts of community service, camp counseling, hefty amounts of babysitting.

:(

I'm sorry elizabeth, I really hope you get in to some great schools elsewhere -- you have the stats to :)

elizabeth22 youll get in from the waitlist... look just at this thread you get an idea of brandeis's very low yield... in any case you can have my spot lol

Well, I didn't want this thread to be an "Oooh look at me I'm so brilliant with my 1590 SAT" one. But, for the junior I will post my lousy stats:
GPA-let's not go there. Let's just say it's below 3.7
SAT-1330
hell yeah!

SAT - 1420
GPA 3.8 UW

Is anyone else disappointed by the financial aid?? I got a $21,000 scholarship and a few loans and work-study, but that is not at all enough for it to be a feasible option for me... How can Brandeis compete with places like Wellesley (the two were tied in my mind) when Wellesley actually meets need?

gratz guys, glad to know that you succeeded in the process.. Gl to you on other app's and thanks so much for the info ^^
