I opened a new tab where I wasn’t logged in and I clicked it and I logged in and it worked but it says I have 0 incoming deliveries

You prob signed up too late. Typically acc made after deliveries are scheduled don’t show up.
it means nothing, truly dont worry. tons of students get acceptances and no packages at all. dont stress abt this.
