Its almost mid-March and I'm starting to get antsy - so I thought I'd start this thread :)

none of you will get in, i heard the acceptance rate for RD was 0%

lol that actually made me smile

I remember the EDers this year had a countdown from 25 days. I personally, do not like knowing the exact number of days. I just like to wake up one day and go “Oh its April 1 isnt it. Yay.”

@ PABAank reading your post saddens me as now I know there are actually people as sad and lifeless as you telling a joke that isn’t even funny or anywhere near realistic. I advise you get a life and get off this website where college hopefuls congregate to discuss matters related to college admissions. I will not insult you verbally or in any way as I pity your life (or lack of) and I pray that one day you will have sometihng better to do then logging on this public website and telling the world what a lowly and unfortunate person you are. Do take care.

My stomach hurts looking at this thread :(

omg my stomach just dropped for a second.

Really! I heard through the grapevine that the acceptance rate was actually in the negatives.

^lol wow i just heard that today also

Haha good to see that we all still have a bit of humor in us in the midst of madness…

Haha. I’m very glad that I applied ED. I don’t have to go through the anxiety anymore =)

my heart beats faster everytime i think about penn. i cant imagine how fast my heart will be racing the couple of seconds before i log into the portal.

I don’t think I will get in, I applied to Wharton. It’s my dream school.

i honestly dont think i’ll get in either. penn’s my dream school.
but i had a 2000 on my SATs
610 math 1, 590 bio m, 790 korean w/listening.
i failed second marking period for calculus, but got an 86 on my midterms which made my average a 73 for the semester. i sent an explanation letter.

I applied to Wharton with 710 CR, 750 M, 760 W
650 USH, 740 Math II, 600 French w/ Listening.
I got a comment that said “student effort inconsistent” on my midyear. :(

comments are on ours…:(

im sure it wont affect your decisions much, if at all.

12 more days!

Going to join this thread! Way too many kids from my school applied to Penn - but oddly (or maybe not so oddly) nearly all of them applied to Wharton. Proud CAS applicant here! :)
