The School Wants to change my Bio teacher

Apparently we have a new teacher to our school. (He left temporarily but has tenure or something so they have to give him a class.) He has no students. So they've taken three or so students from every Bio class in school to have them reassigned to him. I love my Bio class and am one of the only two people in there with an A. I have the 2nd highest Bio grade of all freshmen (99.3%). If I get changed, I'll lose my grade and start over in midsemester. This is unright that instead of removing failing students there taking me (it was probably random selection.) I'm going to talk to the vice-principal about it, what should I say? Do you think It's likely I'll be able to stay in that class.

Talk about how much you enjoy your current classroom environment and how much you enjoy your current class and teacher. Play up the positives of your current classroom. Talk about the importance of your education, it being uprooted mid semester, etc. If possible, talk to your teacher and ask her to speak on your behalf.
