The Summer Homework Countdown

I have to finish reading In Cold Blood, keep a reading journal of this book, write a 2-3 page analytical essay on character relations based on the book, interview a person and write a summarizing paragraph about it, and study for a test on the book for the 2nd day of School.

I also have to finish reading Campbell's Bio VI. I'm on Chapter 37. Then review with PR and maybe AP Cliff's.

I have a pretty light load.

-Read the Left Hand of Darkness (Ursula Le Guin)
-Read Widow for a Year (John Irving)
-Read The Life of a Slave Girl (for APUSH)

I need to finish my senior project because the presentation day is impending!!!! I need to finish THE THINGS THEY CARRIED for AP English Lit, which thus far hasn't been too bad. I need to start reading JANE EYRE though. Sounds like...a downer? :p

Set mini deadlines for myself.
ie: for me,
Tonight: Finish Guns, Germs, and Steel and a tale of 2 cities
Friday: Finish America at 1750, and my poetry book, and AP chem packets. Then Ill be half done :</p>

I have a pretty light load this summer. All I have to do is read two essays by an Asian, African, or South American writer for World Lit. I've picked Borges, but I haven't checked out his book yet. I still have a month though, so I'm not worried. Next summer should not be as nice.

I still use my Spanish II workbook for practice, though. What I have found is that I had bad handwriting for a freshman.
