The Unofficial Official New York State Regents Exams Thread!

Oh my gosh, my school’s notorious for students failing the Trig regents. I think there was a few girls who took it 4-5 times before they finally passed.

To CSIHSIS: Even though I thought this year’s alg 2/ trig regent was easy, it was a lot more challenging and diffucult than the june 2011 regent you took. (alg 2/ trig june 2012 regent was probably the most diffucult alg 2/ trig regent ever given in NY)

June 2011 was easy because the 6 point question was like graph a parabola and line and see where they intersect :P

I thought trig was soo difficult, I’m not to good at math though, so yeah…

I got a 78 on Trig. Am I excited? Hell yea!! Trig is a hell of a test. And anyone over and 85 is revered LOL

smh… 95 on trig and 97 on US #disappointed #wasexpecting #98+onboth

80 in Geometry but I’m fine cause a lot of material I didn’t learn…such as Circles and the test was filled with Circles…and Locus I taught my self everything on Locus the night before the test!

96 on Algebra II/Trig
95 on Biology

Not bad for a B+ student in math and an A- in Biology. =)

My teacher told me “I can’t discuss grades but one kid in our class got a 100 (on USH), I wonder who THAT could be.”

So I think I got a 100 :D

98 on Biology and 97 on Geometry. Good i guess, but i really want to know what I got wrong.

Are teachers allowed to discuss the test questions or what a student got wrong?

Yes. The test will be posted online soon anyway. On our last day in class we went over our whole trig regent :P

Happened to go on Engrade and saw my teacher posted our Chem grades! I got a 90, which I’m happy about.

So I’m done forever!

English - 83
US History - 100 (Still need to confirm, but the way my teacher said it hinted it was me)
Global - 96
Algebra - 87
Geometry - 90
Trig - 92
Earth Science - 97
Biology - 90
Chemistry - 90
Japanese - 96

83 global
84 english
85 spanish
97 trig
97 chem

I am very happy with trig and chem

So I am definitely getting an advanced regents diploma with honors with a math designation or whatever that’s called.

Moving on.

Wow! I knew that I would get above a 90 on the regents but not this high knowing that I barely studied. But then again Im in honors so the regents is supposed to be a joke in comparison to what I usually do.

95- English
98- U.S. History
