<p>It depends. Are you a freshman or a sophomore? They matter more is you are in your 1st year than they do if you are in your 2nd year.</p>

<p>SAT scores will probably be pretty important for you. However, that does vary by school. I am not familiar enough with Stevens to venture a guess as to how important they are. I suggest you call & talk to (or email) the transfer admissions person. I think it’s a good idea at most schools to establish some kind of relationship with admissions, anyway … this gives you a good reason to contact them! I know that when I worked in admissions, I would go to bat for a student if I really felt he was a good candidate.</p>
