<p>I just found out that my first serious high school crush graduated from Wellesley. Very bright woman, a little quirky. Instead of scouting was in to the Civil Air Patrol while in high school and ultimately got her certification to pilot four-engine aircraft (don't know about jets).</p>
<p>Small world. We met once about 25 years ago and had a perfectly amenable chat. In high school it was more like, "Not if we were stuck on the smallest desert island for 100 years."</p>
<p>You’ve piqued my curiosity. How did you find out now that she graduated from Wellesley? She definitely seems to have marched to a different drummer. What she doing now?</p>
<p>I found a bio note on her while looking for someone else. In addition to noting that she’s a Wellesley grad, it says she’s married and has too many cats. No e-mail, alas. But the next time I talk to our mutual friend, I’ll see if he has one.</p>
<p>Dang it…I meant “amiable,” not “amenable” in my previous post. Too tired, too busy. Gah.</p>
