There is a grammatical error on my common application?

"I volunteered to help with the Pacific American Volunteer Association’s various clean-up campaigns throughout Los Angeles and ★I also perform★ traditional Korean musical performances in public squares and at major venues and events in order to spread cultural awareness and build bridges with other parts of the community."

I just caught one grammatical error on my common application...
Will this prevent me from getting accepted into colleges? :(

No.

I wouldn’t worry about it…it’s not glaring and, actually, you could read it as you have done one activity in the past and are continuing to participate in the second activity. Slightly awkward but not overly so.

“Will this prevent me from getting accepted into colleges?” Are you venting or is this an actual concern? Think about it this way:

Colleges A, B and C to you: dream destination for 4 years of learning/fun/discovery

You to Colleges A, B and C: valuable source of 4 years of tuition

You have leverage too!
