These are ED acceptances. EA accepted student profiles will be very different, so it’s important to make that distinction.

91.3/100 ( about a 3.7 converted to 4.0 scale ig) UW, 95.8/100 W (weighted doesn’t matter much for my school bc it’s just 1.05x)
10 ap classes, 6 of them current senior year
didn’t take ACT
1520 superscored SAT
good common app essay? decent ish extracurriculars. some awards (natl merit semifinalist, scholastic gold key, ap award, some state n local awards)
also FGLI female asian
major: explore program for the undecided, accepted for NU in bound

stats:
97.3 W gpa (dragged down by 8th grade, HS gpa is a 100W)
1530 sat (750 verbal 780 math) one sitting
8/9 max ap courses
I thought my common app was pretty mid
no idea on recs but I was pretty close with my teachers and for one of them had read a letter of rec for another program she wrote me, was excellent
generic hs awards
a few ecs, most of them at least 3 years but nothing phenomenal and pretty low quantity, I filled all 10 slots on commonapp but 3/4 of them were pretty weak
math/philosophy major in the school of sciences

-Dancer of 15 years
-500+ community service hours
-8 or so clubs, (president/founder of 3, officer in all others), major projects in all
-Decent awards, but nothing crazy
-NYLF Medicine summer program
-Pretty good personal statement, strong LORs

Was a bioengineering major when I submitted application, but after, I changed to a cs major because I was not interested in bio anymore

3.85 UW, 4.25 W, top 9% of class
8 APs
1400 SAT Superscore (Didn’t submit)

Activities:

  • 10 or so clubs, (president/founder of 2, officer in 3), and member of the rest
  • National Honor Society, Interact
  • Interned for a small company online
  • Placed in top 15-30% of a coding competition all 4 years of high school (HP Codewars)
  • 175+ community service hours
  • Attended the Rotary Youth Leadership Awakening Camp
  • High School Water Polo, 2 years JV, 2 years Varsity with 1 Coaches Award
  • Piano (Certificate of Merit) - 5 yrs
