Is that the same as the International Supplement to the Secondary School Report? Can anyone help me out here? I've mailed them with the question, but obviously if I want to complete my application in time I need an answer, and asap!
Thanks! :)

i think the counselors reports optional…

no…the secondary school report is different…

hey, thanks! but what IS it, exactly? Anyone here who’s sent one to Penn?

im guessing its something we dont have in india :P

It is the international supplement from common app.

you can get it from the common app site. not too long, two pages, pretty simple stuff.

lol i know what it is! I even sent it in, along with my SSR. They must have lost it while processing all the mail?

By the way, are we completely sure that INTERNATIONAL COUNSELORS REPORT = INTERNATIONAL SUPPLEMENT TO THE SECONDARY SCHOOL REPORT? Why are they called two completely different things? :(

Are there any other International Applicants who’ve been told that their “International Counselors Report” is missing? Anyone?

hey don’t worry about it
I called them and they say that it’s been a really slow process updating the penn portals, but unless penn has specifically contacted you for missing materials, you should assume they have everything.

I’m in the same boat as you. I have listed as one of my outstanding materials “International Counselors Report (if applicable)” and like you, I send the international supplement along with my SSR. Since it says that they got my SSR, it should be safe to assume that they also have the IS.

I’ve sent my SSR, they have received it, but missing transcript + mid year + IS.

Canadianftw-> thank you!
Still a teensy bit worried though!

Elvito-> They told you theyre missing your IS? Or did they call it the International Counselors Report?

Aaahhh PennPortal get your act together!!! :(

IS = International Counselors Report.
