What is "international supplement"

I am applying to transfer and read the following in Stanford U website, but I do not understand clearly...

If you attend an overseas secondary school that uses a non-U.S. educational system please download, from the Common Application site, the International Supplement to the Secondary School Report form and give it to your college/university counselor to complete and submit with the Secondary School Report form.

I mean, I cannot find any form whose title is "international supplement" in the common app.
Is it just secondary school report that same as for American students?

International Supplement

It goes with the Secondary school report. hence the supplement.

You just need to give it to your University administration, they'll fill out! :)

Is the international supplement same as secondary school report?
Should I send the international supplement and not send the secondary school report?

no, they're different....Secondary School Report, everyone needs to send. For us international students, we need to send an additional form, the International Supplement. I might be wrong but i'm guessing it's a bit too late for Stanford.

it isnt late~~since I am transfer. the deadline is March 15th

Yeah, its a totally different thing for Transfers. I hope you've found the IS? I'm not sure about your University, but my school attached a three-page school profile with it.

Well, yes, I've found the form in commonapp in the "freshmen package"...I'm going to print that form~~
Oh~~you school can provide you a school description?! Mine does not offer...
Should I write one by myself?
