Thin Envelope - sigh.

So, I got the thin envelope today. Well, not "the thin envelope," but a thin envelope.

Basically they asked for tax forms to compute my financial aid offer.

...does that mean they are planning to accept me??? Sigh.

Cheers,

WF

Hope!

I got a similar letter from Lehigh, and a month later I got my acceptance letter. I am guessing you are about to get in!!

well, now we know -- don't we WF

Another thin envelope in the mail today. This one tells me I received a full ride!!! 40k per year, plus the yearly inflation adjustment. I am speechless right now.

I guess I don't have to pay -- which is good, because I couldn't.

See you in the fall -- or admitted student's day (anyone?):D

Cheers,

WF

YES!!!!!! I am so glad this will make Whitman possible for you!!! Congratulations!!! Now you can kick up your heels and celebrate...

lol. Thanks!

Your reply was so enthusiastic and full of life that I had to read it twice to make sure there was not a sarcastic undertone in it -- I also had to check on your previous posts. lol. Well, done with all that. :D

I am so excited about being able to attend Whitman, which was my top choice; without this offer I would not be able to do so. So, thank you for the kind words; it means a lot.

Your S coming on the 15th?

Cheers,

WF

40k per year!!!!!! So lucky! I can't imagine how happy you must be with that! Its a double luck charm! So jealous.
