<p>make Harvard seem pretty unhappy. Other than everyone being perpetually stressed, I've read about the following worrisome things:
1. Leaky roofs in dorms
2. Rats in dorms
3. Bad food (Annenberg?)
4. Horrible dating scene</p>
<p>I realize that FML is obviously only going to attract unhappy people and posts, but are the things above accurate?

<p>Yeah it is a pretty bad use of statistics to try to get a representative opinion of Harvard from a website devoted to being negative and whiny. I’ve never personally heard people talk about leaky roofs or rats, though occasionally cockroaches. Annenberg’s food is pretty rough but it gets better in upperclassmen houses, at which you’re free to eat even as a freshman. </p>
<p>The dating scene deserves a topic of its own, but the “dating scene” is usually described as one-or-the-other: intensely committed psuedo-marriage relationships on one hand, and completely casual hookups on the other. People tend to do less of the hookup thing and settle down more as they become upperclassmen, so I hear from upperclassmen.</p>
