^
I enjoy New Girl, but it isn’t like absolutely addicting. For me, it is more of a show that I watch when nothing else is on or I’m waiting for Raising Hope to start ;)

However, I think I am going to be the only girl in my school (if I get in, and not including the international students) that doesn’t watch Glee, ha ha. With my luck, I will get a roommate that is a Gleek and covers our walls with posters of Glee.

@aaralyn Yes I really like it! Go on Hulu or just Google New Girl pilot and watch it. It’s hilarious and the characters are really interesting (Schmidt is the best…lol) :)

@ThePrepGirl Which schools are you applying to (sorry if I already asked this, I tend to forget haha) and that’s how my dorm room would be too! Cory/Finn and Mark/Puck and Chord/Sam posters plastered all over. :D

Hulu doesn’t work here in China, but I’ll be able to find it on one of the local sites. xD GLEE! Ohmygosh I was so happy when they brought Sam back on. I LOVE HIM. AND HIS ABS. :P

Oh, gosh. And here I was hoping that the other applicants I may be attending BS with would be a little less hormone-rampant than other teens. :p

@aubreygal Cool! I hope we both get in I am nearly shaking from anticipation of March 10. If I get in, I think I’m going to go and eat a giant chocolate cake lol.

I asked some of my current boarding school students what they’d recommend to someone waiting for admissions news, and here’s what they came up with:

Sleep. Sleep a lot. Once you are in boarding school it will seem as if you are never getting enough sleep.

Eat anything other than chicken or pasta. (we were at seated lunch, and it’s true: those are the two things one gets more than anything else here.)

Hug your parents or siblings. There will be some days in boarding school when you just want to hug your family because you had a bad day or you are just feeling a little down.

Come up with a list of why your current school is a great option. Then come up with a list of things you’ll be able to do where you are if you don’t get in/get waitlisted.

Hang out with your home friends while you can. Boarding School definitely makes it harder to see your friends from home.
