Hey Guys~
I am a rising junior, thinking about what math course I should take: Calc AB or BC.

In sophmore year, I took PreCalc Honors, and got B-. I know this is kind of a low grade, but I just transferred from another sophmore after freshman year (fitting in a totally new environment), and had other reasons.

During the summer, I previewed Calc AB and BC, and I, right now, think I can get 3 or 4 on Calc AB exam, and 2 or 3 on Calc BC exam.

I have 2 other AP courses, 2 Honors courses, and 1 regular course in my junior. Should I take AB, and concentrate on other subjects?

I have so far 3.35 uw gpa, and I am seriously urgent about my low grade... Please give me advices. Thanks~

I'd go for the AB. The difference between AB and BC is 1/3 of the more difficult material. Do AB, kick ass on grades, 5 the AP test, and then do BC or something else next year.

Thanks guys. I have one more question. Do I increase my chance on college by taking BC in my junior year? Or they do not really care about taking AB and BC in junior year?

Go with BC if you seriously about studying and learning. If you do this, you should have no problem in class or on the AP exam. Get PR and Barrons, in addition to your school textbook should be adequate enough. Also, you have nothing to loose when you take the AP exam, since you will receive a AB subscore, which still qualifies you for college credit.

I would go for AB, master it, and then master the BC, and that will boost your chances. Simply taking BC as a junior and getting a 3/4 instead of a 5 is not as impressive as getting a 5 and a 5.
