<p>Hi, I'm going to be living in Third Avenue North and I was wondering how the rooms are in the South Tower. Apparently, one of the towers were renovated so I'm hoping its the one I'm living in :)</p>

I haven’t read anything official - only hearsay on here, but I think the South Tower was renovated this summer (apparently two dorms were?). The other two towers have been renovated already, so either it’ll be the oldest or the newest.
Sorry I don’t know more. I’ve been desperately trying to find an official word on the subject.</p>
<p>As far as I’ve heard (from people who say they talked to NYU students living on campus over the summer) the South Tower has not been renovated.</p>
<p>Yea there were two towers that were renovated: the north and east tower. The south tower wasnt renovated. But theres no major difference between before and after the renovations.</p>
