I think Kevin has pretty much convinced himself he loves Madison–he surely loves the idea of wife and family. Madison’s questioning of the realities of Kevin’s idea make me think she is not all in.
I’m also expecting a clearer connection to Vietnam, although I’ll buy the fact that the timing of when so many people fled is convenient to Hai’s story.
Did I miss anything about where Hai is going to live, now that he’s turned the keys over?
@JustaMom - January distractions messed us up too. When in catch up mode, we accidentally watched episode 506 before I realized (due to this thread) that we had accidentally skipped 505. Caught up now - ready for Feb
Oh man- got distracted (for a very good reason— grandbaby is on the way!) and only saw the last 5-10 minutes (where KEvin was trying to talk his way onto the plane) What did I miss?
Madison goes into labor six weeks early Kevin was about to shoot his big courtroom scene with DeNiro and walks out. We see him practically get in various wrecks while talking to Miguel/his mom, his agent, Madison, Randall, etc. while driving to Seattle, where Miguel has found a direct flight that night as he tries to get to Madison. On the way to the airport, he comes upon a car that’s driven off the road and stops to help even though he knows that he might miss his plane. He gets the guy to the hospital, then goes to the airport but realizes his ID has fallen out of his jacket pocket. We last see him trying to talk himself onto the plane. You would’ve seen the rest.
The backstory we saw was Kevin going to a QB camp with his dad and being totally stressed about it, to the point of throwing up. Jack realizes that he is kind of like his father in terms of pressuring his kid to excel in sports.
