This was my first SAT. i expected at least a 3 minute "break" between sections while the proctor read the instructions of each individual section, but this didn't happen. it was all very fast paced, i literally almost ****ed my pants because i urgently needed to used the bathroom, i slept only 5 hours the night before, i was really stressing to go fast and finish the sections so i did a whole bunch of stupid mistakes. on average, once you have gained the experience of going through the actual drill, how much better do you do on your second try if you work on correcting your mistakes? by mistakes im mainly referring to timing.

hey zana, oh yea the second time is definitely MUCH better. first time, i failed to complete ANY reading sections...i ended up gettign a 510 ! on the reading and a 720 on math. i took it for the second time yesterday and im feeling at least a 1400, as i brought a watch with me this time, finished every section with like 2-5 minutes left so i could check my answers which helped because i changed one...

tips:
-bring a watch
-get more sleep
-dont have too much liquids before/during the test
-do every question as fast as you can then check back at the end
-*and finally, do not sit behind some extremely hot chick with her thong showing ;D otherwise you wont finish! haha that happened the first time
