I was just curious about what others thought about the SAT 2 Chemistry test today. I took a lot of practice tests and pretty much got 800's on all of them, but after taking the actual test today I am not even confident that I got a 700.

xtremly hard (time-wise if I had an extra ten minutes I’d easily get 50 pts higher (possibly 100 :(

Yea I also felt like I needed more time to finish. I had 10 questions left when we only had 2 minutes.

There was definitely a time crunch, i finished with just 30 seconds to spare. I thought the beginning section where to match the letter to the question was fairly tough (i ommited like 4) and I found only two of the TTCE questions hard. I thought the MC was DIRT easy…like I have never had less second guessing than when I did it. I was only unsure on 2 MC’s.

Yea, for the matching the letter to the question part, I only thought the part where we had to match the description of the precipitate was hard.

so much time constraint, if i had like 5 more minutes i could easily increase my composite score by like 3-5

Agreed…

I had done 4 practice exams from PR and McGraw and I got 800’s on all of them and I finished them in 20 - 40 minutes each.

But I barely finished this test. wish we could use a calculator :(

I felt as if there were too many questions within one topic (stoichemistry). And you know about stoichemistry, lots of math. Hence, there was no time to finish all of the problems that the test required us to do.

I’m hoping for a good curve, because I left 10+ blank.
