Thoughts on these FWS's?

You’re kidding right? 30 minutes to get from PE to a class is plenty of time.

Alamode, take Ryan Dirks. He was my FWS prof, and everybody loved him. Suppperr laid back, very understanding of conflicts, very helpful with your writing, clearly very intelligent.

chendrix, i was just concerned cause i figered after a PE class you’d be all sweaty and gross and would probably need to shower and change or whatever

and thanks stringa!

My roommate took The Mystery in the Story and she complained about it a lot. She’s not that interested in English or writing however, so it could be that she doesn’t really like that kind of class in general. But second semester she took some Africana Studies FWS and even though she didn’t want that one and wasn’t at all interested in the subject she didn’t seem to complain about it as much.

The only thing I specifically remember her saying about the Mystery in the Story is that they had this group project on some really obscure topic (something that was very hard to make fifteen minutes of presentation time out of) and unfortunately, like most group projects in college, she and her incompetent partners all got the same grade. I think she thought the books from that class were pretty good though–not too difficult to understand or requiring too much analysis.

This is kind of last minute, but did anyone take Intro to French Short Fiction (with Antonio de Ridder)?

Does anyone have any feedback on these FWS or their professors? none of htem were on ratemyprofessor. these are hte only ones that were slightly interesting in my available time slots:
