I got an interview invite for SBU/LECOM. However, it says it is in-person, so I’m not sure if I want to go all the way to SBU, especially because I am not really interested in the medical school (I got put in the LECOM applicant pool after I got rejected from GW). Any thoughts?

I initially applied to SBU/GW, but after I got rejected from the program, they allowed me to change my application for SBU/LECOM instead- this is what I got an interview for.

@Lala19 I think you know SBU/GW is a B.S./B.A.-M.D. 4+4 Dual Admittance Program, while SBU/LECOM program is an accelerated B.S.-D.O. 3+4 track. If you are not interested in LECOM or BS/DO track then you have the option to decline the interview, someone else may get the spot.

Did anyone get a response from VCU. I just got VCU Honors College. I don’t know when they going to respond for BSMD
