Thread for those still waiting to hear...

<p>My applications were turned in December 15th and 30th, 2008, for the following schools:
UNO
UNC
UNC-W
(marine biology)</p>

<p>Since the deadline is not until April 30, I am STILL waiting on something. I have had no correspondence from any school, no rejections, no acceptances. I had one interview at UNC-W about 3-4 weeks ago; since then, no communication.</p>

<p>Anyway, with my last semester winding down to a close and May 9 lurking on the horizon, I am trying to stay sane. I am just tired of profs and other students asking me about grad school and whether I have gotten in. I am already stressed enough with finals and last-minute research presentations, and not knowing what is going on after May 9 is really driving me insane.</p>

<p>Just wanted to vent frustrations. Please share yours.</p>

<p>I wouldn’t hold my breath at this point. Sorry to say, but graduate programs typically are not nice enough to notify people about rejections in any reasonable timeframe so you will likely have to put 2 and 2 together within the next week.</p>
