I need to take three subject tests to satisfy Harvard and Princeton. I know I am doing Math II and Chem. Would it look bad if I chose to do Bio or Physics as my third test, since all three would be math/science? I'm afraid literature or history might not go too well.

I am going into engineering, by the way.

Thanks!

Neither Harvard nor Princeton requires three Subject Tests.

Yep, just found out my source was outdated. Oops!

Thanks for your help!

I’m curious about this as well. Even though 3 aren’t required, would it hurt if all your subject tests were math and science? Would it be advisable then to take another test in the humanities (e.g. lit or U.S. history)?

I’m considering taking U.S. history, but doing so would require a significant amount of self-studying. However, if an 800 were attainable, would it be worth it? Sorry to hijack this thread =.=
